A little About Me

I’m Evan Perez, most people just call me EP. I’ve been a Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2017, working with everyone from Division I athletes chasing peak performance to busy professionals who refuse to settle for average results. With over 10 years in the fitness and performance world, I bring the same level of structure, detail, and accountability that top athletes expect, delivered in a way that fits seamlessly into the lives of executives, entrepreneurs, and high performers.

Originally from New Jersey and now based in Dallas, my approach is direct and effective: no gimmicks, no fluff, just coaching that works. I combine custom strength & conditioning programming, tailored nutrition support, and data-driven insights from wearables like Whoop, Apple Watch, and Garmin, all wrapped in real accountability and straightforward communication.

Outside the gym, I’m engaged to my best friend, Hannah, we’re planning our wedding for Fall 2026. I’m also a proud dog dad to Kobe (my ride-or-die) and Henry (mine by “marriage”). When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on the mats training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (purple belt, goal = don’t suck), competing in HYROX races (3 down, best time: 1:34, still making peace with running), or traveling with my closest friends, family in every way that matters.

  • Yes. Everything I build is scalable and adaptable. Whether you’re starting from scratch, getting back into a routine, or working around an injury, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • That’s the whole point. My coaching is designed to support you through whatever life throws your way. Whether you’re busy, remote, or inconsistent with your routine, I’ll build something that works around that.

  • For All-in-one Premier Coaching, I’ll tailor the program to whatever you have access to, whether it’s the gym, a home setup, or minimal gear. For SSTT, the program is gym-based, but I’ll provide options to help you modify it.

  • No crash diets. No cookie-cutter meal plans. I focus on building sustainable habits that fit your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle.

    Here’s how it works:

    • First, I learn about your current diet and eating habits by submitting a 7-day food journal (minimum 3 days—2 weekdays and 1 weekend day)

    • From there, we make small additions, not harsh restrictions. I believe in adding things to your diet, not taking everything away. That makes the process more realistic, sustainable, and mentally easier to stick to!

    • I don’t create meal plans. I coach you, guide you, and help you build the skills to eat for your goals

    • If you have a medical condition that requires specific nutrition guidance, I’ll refer you to a licensed dietitian and refund part of your payment for the nutrition portion.

  • Premier Coaching requires a 3, 6, or 12-month commitment. Why? Because real results take time. SSTT is month-to-month, no commitment.

  • With Premier Coaching, yes. You’ll have 24/7 messaging access, regular check-ins, and my eyes on your progress. SSTT is group-based, but I’ll still pop in, give shoutouts, and answer questions.

  • For Premier Coaching clients, you’ll have bi-weekly check-in calls, weekly email support, and 24/7 messaging access. SSTT members get community chat access and occasional shoutouts/challenges inside the group.

  • Not necessarily, you’ve got two options:

    With Membership – If you join Paradigm, you’ll get the best rate. Training is $125 per session for 1-on-1 or $100 per person for 2-on-1. Memberships start at $89/month (this discounted rate only applies if you’re referred by me).

    Without Membership – You can still train without a membership. In this case, all personal training rates increase by $15 per session ($140 for 1-on-1, $115 per person for 2-on-1).

    Either way, you’ll get full access to my coaching and programming; the membership just gives you extra perks and the lower training rate.
